Louis J. Andrew, Jr.
Real estate is my life’s work—I’ve spent over 45 years specializing in corporate and real estate law, and founded and grew two companies with a real estate focus—Guaranty Title Services and Info-Pro. My professional life is based on my core business philosophy of hiring the best people (and having them hire the best people) and demanding honesty in all business pursuits. To give back to the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin community I call home, I’ve been privileged to serve on numerous community and nonprofit organization boards. With a mindset that’s always been at 30,000 feet, my passion for flying has led me to serve on the board of the Experimental Aircraft Association, Inc. (EAA), and serve as Chairman of the EAA Executive Committee. On a more down-to-earth level, my wife Suzanne and I have raised five children and now enjoy sharing our love of sailing, cooking and reading with our beautiful grandchildren. Faith and family are dear to me, and sharing my talents—both professionally and personally—is an obligation I embrace.

In my role as Chairman, I have to take a long-range, 30,000 foot view—which probably explains why I’m an avid aviation enthusiast and pilot. I’m exhilarated when I take off, and in awe when looking down and seeing the complete picture. I take that same excitement into the board room, leveraging 38 years of experience at Michels Corporation, a career that began in 1981 as a Credit Manager. Today, I remain involved in Michels’ as senior advisor administrative operations, structure and planning. For more than 25 years I have worked directly with the Michels family to lead with operations and management of Michels Corporation and its subsidiary companies, so I understand the importance of succession planning and business stability. While my wife Kristin and I love to travel, we treasure the time we spend with our children and grandchildren.

At Info-Pro I’ve been fortunate to lead an outstanding team that’s scaled our company from a regional provider into a national challenger brand, anchored in our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. For me, it’s all about creating signature experiences, and achieving bold, audacious goals, in collaboration with my teammates and our customers. I believe management is one of the most noble professions if it’s practiced well. It has offered me many ways to help others learn and grow, take responsibility, achieve goals, and contribute to the success of a team. I am most passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, and that is the primary measure by which I measure my success. Prior to Info-Pro, I worked across a variety of technology-enabled service businesses as a senior executive, strategist, and investor, including Corning and Comcast. I’ve had proven success scaling companies from small operations into thriving large businesses with blue-chip processes and capabilities. I did that when I started Virgin Media’s consumer broadband business and again as co-founder of Dawn Capital, a leading venture capital firm in Europe focused on software and financial services. Where I shine is in identifying a breakthrough strategy or finding a disruptive approach to a market. Throughout my career I have spent time abroad, including time in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Brazil, Japan, and Russia, giving me an appreciation for different cultures and new ideas. Leveraging my tech and scaling expertise, I’ve served as a Board Member for many companies and helped community organizations and nonprofits that work to improve the world. I enjoy sharing my experience with others, appearing on BBC and Sky News and have co-authored cases published by Harvard University Press. My wife and I have three daughters and a son, the joys of our life, and we hope to inspire them to a life of service. When not savoring every moment of raising our children, I enjoy fly fishing in a wild river, planting a flower garden, or painting a landscape. By the way, I played college football at Carleton College where our motto was, “We’re small, but we’re slow.” Today, we play hard at Info-Pro, but we’re growing and we’re fast.

Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy
It was 2009 when I was introduced to Info-Pro, and began my tenure in Account Management and then went on to lead Client Services. Since 2014, I have overseen Product & Strategy. Prior to joining Info-Pro, I cut my teeth at Mercury Marine/Brunswick Corporation in Account Management, Sales, and Business Development. As part of the original Brunswick Dealer Advantage team—the marine industry’s leading program—we helped dealers build long-term sales and profitability plans. These experiences have helped me serve my local community. I am Chair of the Emergent Technology Center, which supports technology-driven entrepreneurs and innovators in northeastern Wisconsin. I also served as Treasurer of the St. Peter Athletic Club and as a board member of the Fond du Lac Tennis Association. My passion is helping develop today’s youth—coaching football, baseball, soccer, and hockey—emphasizing skill development and teamwork, and the rewards of hard work and effort. My wife Betsy and I work to instill these same values in our two children, Gabe and Heath.

Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Account Management
After experience in global companies including Disney, Nestle Purina and SC Johnson Wax, I decided to move closer to home. In 2010 I joined the Info-Pro team as the Manager of Tax Research. Since then I’ve been able to employ my varied leadership experiences including operations, management, sales, customer service, and consumer response. Combined with extensive training in Lean Six Sigma and consultative selling, I work to introduce new ideas and processes based on what I hear from our customers. I believe in the consultative approach and enjoy helping our customers find meaningful solutions to real estate tax problems. My wife Cathy, a grade school principal, keeps me on my toes. We’re proud of our two daughters, Elizabeth and Erica, both aspiring physicians, and enjoy traveling and golfing. As an active volunteer, I serve on the Vocational Services Committee for the Morning Rotary club, with my main focus on improving outcomes in reading and education—areas where I believe we can make a real difference in for our future generations.

Chief Financial Officer
All I can say is, “Where did the time go?” I joined Info-Pro in 2004 bringing more than 24 years of financial experience to the team and currently serve as Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer, and Vice President. I love my profession and am an active member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and Financial Executive International. My career began with an entrepreneur who was involved in the media industry including Internet, cable television and radio broadcasting. Curious by nature, I gained knowledge in diverse industries, from agricultural and real estate development to angel investing and stock trading. I’m an avid learner and continually hone my skills through a variety of executive education courses covering topics such as mergers and acquisitions, creating shareholder value, new leadership for an innovation edge and economic value-added. My husband Dean and my two sons Lucas and Jacob enjoy walking our dog, Dekker, through our hometown of Brownsville, Wisconsin. With a population of 583 we find it’s a pretty short walk! Biking on Mackinac Island in Michigan or relaxing on the beaches in Florida on are two favorite travel destinations.

I have the best job at Info-Pro. Seriously, because I get to know every associate and work with some amazing people on a daily basis. With responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources including strategies, best-place-to-work initiatives, benefits, recruiting, employee engagement, compensation, employment law and wellness, my role is critical in shaping and growing our most important assets—our team members. I joined Info-Pro in 2010, bringing more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience. My experience includes time at Johnsonville where I was on the Human Resources leadership team. As a true Wisconsinite, I enjoy taking in a Packers game, cheering for the Bucks and jumpin’ around with the Badgers. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find me “up north” at the lake with family and friends. I look forward to meeting you!

President & COO
I am passionate about leading our awesome team members and providing legendary service to customers! Info-Pro is truly, a special company with a unique culture: one that really embodies and celebrates the Core Values, and has a people and family first focus, which is amazing! I started at Info-Pro in 2004 as Operations Manager, leading the assimilation of two key acquisitions. Not long after, I joined Guaranty Title Services, Inc. (GTS) – our sister company – as President and COO where I was responsible for the performance of five title insurance offices across Wisconsin. In 2015, I returned to Info-Pro as the Senior Vice President of Logistics & Operations, responsible for the production and service process delivery across our product solutions. In 2021, I stepped up to my current role as President & COO of Info-Pro Lender Services. Before Info-Pro, I spent several years working in quality engineering and purchasing for a global manufacturing company. When away from the office, I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, travel and spending time with my husband Ryan and daughters Korynne, Claire and Megan.

I was drawn to technology by its power — speed, efficiency, scalability, and ultimately insights from data. At Info-Pro, I’m passionate about driving business growth through technology. It’s something I’ve been fortunate to do throughout my career. For more than 20 years, I’ve managed and advised strategic technology investments for organizations of all sizes in the manufacturing, financial services, insurance, and professional services sectors. I have led numerous large-scale technology initiatives from concept to implementation. These diverse experiences enabled me to see how the technology works across varied industries, glean best practices and reconstruct them at Info-Pro to improve our product and service offerings. That same desire for knowledge fuels one of my great joys–experiencing different cultures through travel, food, and conversations with strangers who soon become friends.
