Encouraging a Culture of Learning and Development

At Info-Pro, we believe it is important for our employees to continue to develop within their careers. We offer multiple programs to aid in this development.

Yearly Personal Development Plans (PDP)

Each employee sets their yearly and long-term plans with their manager at the beginning of each year. Then on a quarterly basis the employee will meet with their manager to see how their PDP is progressing.

Tuition Reimbursement

Info-Pro offers tuition reimbursement after one year of employment, up to $3,500 per calendar year.

Leadership Development Program (LDP)

Info-Pro offers a two-year Leadership Development Program that meets on a quarterly basis to review a specific leadership topic. Each session includes a guest speaker—including world-renowned authors, entrepreneurs, educators and CEOs. Their insights help employees enhance their management skills while learning about everything from interpersonal skills, collaborative innovation, and big data, among other topics. Regardless of educational background, LDP teaches both life and business skills to help employees succeed professionally and personally.
