Becky Harmsen is Info-Pro’s Director of Client Services and Support. Becky has helped to shape Info-Pro’s customer experience by supporting and driving many industry-leading methods such as Net Promoter surveying and Voice of the Customer pain point discovery. She is a seasoned executive with years of best-in-class experience, leading and training teams that have a reputation for delighting customers at companies such as Crate & Barrel and Hilton Hotels. Under Becky’s leadership, the Client Services team will continue its mission to deliver an “Unrivaled Customer Experience”.
A graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, Becky has a degree in Political Science and spent years working in the hotel, restaurant and retail industries in both Milwaukee and Chicago. In 2013, she returned to her hometown of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, with her husband and young daughter and began her career with Info-Pro. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and golfing poorly.
