At Info-Pro, we feel it is important for our employees to continue to develop within their careers. To aid in this development, we offer:
Yearly Personal Development Plans (PDP): Each employee sets their yearly and long-term plans with their manager at the beginning of each year. Then on a quarterly basis the employee will meet with their manager to see ho their PDP is progressing.
Tuition Reimbursement: Info-Pro offers tuition reimbursement after one year of employment, up to $3,500 per calendar year, 50% reimbursement for online courses, but must get a “C” or better for reimbursement.
Management in Training Program (MIT): Info-Pro offers a two-year MIT Program that meets on a quarterly basis to review a specific topic/book. MIT offers the chance for employees to enhance their skills across all departments, provides employees more one-on-one time with Info-Pro Executives, and gives them the opportunity to hear from guest speakers from multiple industries from across the world.
Book Club: The Info-Pro Book Club chooses a new business related book every quarter and meets twice during the quarter to discuss the book as a club.
